JSK IP Suite, being web-based system, and also multi-user system provides high degree of data management. Your trademark and patents are classified in smaller modules and our data forms are designed for ease of access.

Document Management

JSK IP Suite has built-in Document Management System which is wired-up with both the Trademark and Patent Management Systems.

There are several types of documents associated with any trademark or patent, including logo/design, affidavit, agreements, patent draft, abstract, drawing etc. With JSK IP Suite you can upload and manage all these documents from one place, on per-trademark or per-patent basis. For example, whenever you view the details of any trademark, it will also display the documents associated with that trademark.

Deadline Management

IP Management involves managing and meeting various kinds of deadlines, including renewal deadlines, examination deadlines, oppossition deadlines etc.

With JSK IP Suite, you can keep yourself updated with varioud deadlines so that you don't miss them due to being unaware of them. JSK IP Suite provides separate reports for both Trademark Deadlines and Patent Deadlines, which can also be consolidated as per your needs.

Furthermore, JSK IP Suite also provies an option to add various deadlines to your favorite applications such as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes or whatever software you use. JSK IP Suite is meant for total IP Management, and that also includes management of Copyright and Designs. We are developing, testing and evaluating Copyright and Design Management Systems, and will integrate them into the core JSK IP Suite soon. We will also announce separate prices per copyright and design. Having that done, you can also manage your copyrights and designs from JSK IP Suite.

JSK IP Suite is available in two versions. By default it can be access from our web server, which way we will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of your data.

Alternatively, you can also choose to have JSK IP Suite installed on your own server (your local server within your office or your web server on the Internet). This option is useful if you want complete control of where and how your data is stored, or if you have signed certain agreements with your clients which put constraint that their data should not be stored outside your office premises.

JSK IP Suite is made available on pay-for-use basis. So there is no fixed price of the software. Users can evaluate their requirements and pay accordingly.
